• All images containing meaningful content have ALT or TITLE tags.

• Fonts are specified so that their size can be adjusted via the web browser's text size control.
• Site is designed so that all information conveyed with color is also available without color; for example, from context or markup.
• Forms use legend and fieldset tags.
• Majority of site functions without use of javascript.
